1 Medium mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 c ketchup
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch dry mustard
Pinch black pepper
Pinch onion powder
Pinch garlic powder
Pinch paprika
4 (4-Inch) whole wheat pitas
8 oz SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin
4 tomato slices
4 crisp lettuce leaves
Add mango, ketchup and all spices to blender and puree until smooth.
Heat the sauce, slowly, over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Assemble sandwich with turkey, pita, lettuce and tomato and place cooled sauce on the side for dipping.
