6 Large TURKEY WINGS
1 c salt
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 c liquid smoke
Cut off the wing tips and discard.
Separate each wing into 2 pieces at the joint.
Mix salt, poultry seasonings and white pepper together to make a rub. Coat wing surfaces.
Place wings in a heavy roasting pan and half cover with cold water, then add liquid smoke to cover. Add additional liquid smoke if the pan is larger than the amount of wings.
Roast, covered with foil, in a preheated 325 degree F oven until fork tender, about 2 to 3 hours.
