1 oz creamy ranch dressing
1/2 oz thick hot salsa
1 (2-oz) sundried tomato flatbread
1 to 2 Romaine lettuce leaves, washed, drained and chilled
2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped mild pepper rings
3 oz SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin
1 Strip TURKEY BACON, cooked and cut in two strips
1 Slice Pepper Jack cheese
Mix together ranch dressing and salsa.
Spread dressing mixture over the entire flatbread.
On bottom rounded end, place romaine and sprinkle with tomatoes and peppers.
Layer with smoked turkey, bacon and Pepper Jack cheese.
Roll up tightly and cut in half, on the diagonal.
