With just enough spice for a little kick, these turkey tenderloins will liven up any mealtime! Turkey tenderloins grill up quick, meaning this meal will be on the table from start to finish in less than 20 minutes. Slice up the tenderloins and serve with your favorite fajita toppings.
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1-2 lb turkey tenderloins, gently flattened to an even thickness
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
4 large flour tortillas
Sour cream As needed
Guacamole As needed
Pico de gallo As needed
Fresh cilantro As needed
Lime wedges As needed
In a small bowl, combine spices. Rub mixture into turkey tenderloins. Discard remaining rub.
On a preheated grill, using the direct heat method, grill turkey until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
For vegetables, toss with olive oil and saute in a skillet on medium heat or wrap in a foil packet and grill until soft.
Cut turkey tenderloins into strips.
Serve with veggies, soft tortillas, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
