1 lb GROUND TURKEY
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped green pepper
1 Bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 Can (8 oz) jellied cranberry sauce
6 6-inch sandwich buns, toasted
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey, onion, celery, and green pepper 5 to 7 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink. Drain and return mixture to skillet.
Add chili sauce, mustard, and cranberry sauce; stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, or until mixture is heated throughout.
Serve on toasted buns.
