2 Thin slices challah
1 oz prepared honey mustard spread
5 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced
1 oz Provolone, thinly sliced
2 lettuce leaves, washed and dried
2-3 Slices tomato
4-6 Slices crisp cucumber
As needed sprouts
Spread challah with honey-mustard. Layer on the remaining ingredients to build a hearty sandwich. Top with the second slice of challah.
Slice on the diagonal and serve with fresh fruit salad.
