3 oz romaine lettuce, well chilled and torn
2-1/2 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, diced
1 oz avocado, sliced
3 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 oz carrots, peeled and julienne sliced
1 oz red peppers, seeds and ribs removed, julienne sliced
1 oz celery, diced
3/4 oz Blue cheese, crumbled
Fat-free dressing of choice As needed
Place lettuce greens in a chilled salad bowl. Add turkey to the center of the lettuce. Arrange the avocado, tomatoes, carrots, peppers and celery around the turkey.
Add crumbled blue cheese and salad dressing. Gently toss.
