1 TURKEY DRUMETTE, or small drumstick
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp marjoram
Garlic powder Dash
1 Medium baking potato, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Prepare grill for direct-heat cooking. Over hot coals, brown turkey drummettes 5 to 7 minutes per side, if desired. Meanwhile, prepare one 18-inch square of heavy duty aluminum foil for each drummette.
In small bowl, combine margarine, mustard, parsley, marjoram and garlic powder. Arrange potato slices in center of foil and top with drummette.
Spread margarine mixture over each drummette, and close packets securely so juices will not leak. Grill over hot coals for 1 hour, or until juices of drummette run clear when pierced deeply with a fork and potato is tender. Halfway through cooking time, turn packets over and continue to cook.
To serve, unwrap and remove to a plate. To cook in conventional oven, follow the above instructions but do not brown drumettes. Arrange packets in a shallow baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Open packets and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until drummettes are brown and juices run clear when pierced deeply with a fork, and potato is tender. To serve, unwrap and remove to a plate.
