1 c mayonnaise
2 Cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/2 c fresh chives, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
16 Slices artisan bread, sliced thick
2 lbs OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thick
8 Large pearl tomatoes, sliced
2 c fondue cheese spread OR other prepared cheese, warmed
8 Slices TURKEY BACON, cooked and crumbled
As needed grapes or fresh berries for garnish
In a bowl, mix ingredients together well. Cover and chill in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Toast bread slices in oven until lightly crisp on the edges, about 5-8 minutes. Remove from oven and place 2 pieces of bread per plate.
Spread 1 tablespoon of aioli to one side of each bread slice.
Add 4 ounces turkey and 3 tomato slices.
Gently pour 1/4 cup warmed cheese over each half.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Garnish with grapes or fresh berries.
