1 Avocado, peeled and pitted
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 Slices sourdough bread
3-oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced
2 (1/2-oz) slices Gouda cheese
2 Thin slices red ripe tomato
1 Lettuce leaf, washed, drained and chilled
1-1/2 oz sprouts
In a food processor, blend avocado and mayonnaise until smooth. Hold, covered, in the refrigerator for service.
Per order, spread avocado mayonnaise on one side both bread slices.
Top one bread slice with turkey slices. Layer 2 slices of Gouda atop turkey. Continue to layer with 2 slices tomatoes, lettuce leaves and sprouts.
Cover with a top for the sandwich and slice on the diagonal.
