1 Jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, juice reserved
1 Can (12 oz) whole kernel corn
1/2 c celery, diced
1/2 c green pepper, seeded and diced
1 tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
1 c tomatoes, cut in chunks
2 c TURKEY HAM, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
In medium bowl combine artichokes, corn, celery, green pepper, onion, tomatoes and ham.
In small bowl whisk together reserved artichoke liquid, lemon juice, garlic salt, basil and pepper. Fold into vegetable/ham mixture.
Cover bowl and chill several hours to allow flavors to blend.
