3/4 c low sodium soy sauce
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/3 c honey
1-1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 lbs BONELESS TURKEY BREAST, skin removed and cut in 1-inch cubes
12 Large nectarines, cut in large wedges
2 Medium zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices
3 Small to Medium sweet onions, cut in eighths
Mix soy sauce, oil, honey and ginger together.
Alternate turkey, fruit and vegetables on skewers.
Brush honey glaze on skewered ingredients.
Spray or brush oil on grill rack. Place on grill rack 4 inches from the heat source.
Grill about 5 minutes, turn and grill an additional 5 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Brush with honey glaze while cooking.
