Ingredients

2 oz corkscrew pasta, cooked, drained and chilled

4 oz PEPPER FLAVORED OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, diced

1/4 oz Gruyere cheese, diced

1/4 oz pitted black olives, sliced

1 oz celery, chopped fine

1 oz red bell peppers, seeded and chopped

1 oz mustard dressing

1/2 oz romaine lettuce, chopped

As needed red grapes

Directions

Mix together cooked and chilled pasta, turkey, cheese, celery, olives, red pepper and mustard dressing.

Place lettuce on a chilled entree plate. Arrange turkey/pasta atop lettuce.

Garnish with red grapes.
