20 5-1/3 oz TURKEY BURGERS (Italian seasoned), partially thawed
40 Slices rye bread, toasted
1-1/4 lbs grilled sweet onions
1-1/4 lbs Cheddar, shredded
Place burgers on preheated char broiler. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, about 3-4 minutes per side, turning only once.
For each sandwich, top one slice toasted bread with turkey burger and 1-ounce each grilled onions and Cheddar. Top all with remaining bread slices.
Cut in half for service.
