4-1/2 lbs TURKEY PASTRAMI, thinly sliced
3 lbs sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
48 Slices pumpernickel or rye bread
16 oz Thousand island salad dressing OR honey mustard
24 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
12 oz butter, melted
Spread one side of each bread slice with salad dressing or honey mustard.
Top 24 slices of bread with 1-ounce cheese, 2 ounces drained sauerkraut and 3 ounces turkey pastrami. Top with remaining 24 slices of bread.
Butter outside of bread slices. Grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown and crisp. Serve immediately.
