4 kiwifruit, peeled and finely diced
2 tbsp golden raisins
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 lbs LEAN GROUND TURKEY
1/2 c finely diced onion
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
24 mini burger buns or small dinner rolls, split and toasted
FRESH KIWIFRUIT CHUTNEY
Prepare chutney just prior to service.
Combine kiwifruit, raisins, sugar and 1/4 teaaspoon salt in small bowl and mix.
CURRIED TURKEY BURGERS
Preheat grill to medium.
Combine turkey, onions, cilantro, curry powder, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Shape into 24 2-inch mini burger patties. Cover and hold for service.
Grill patties for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, turning once, until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Place sliders on buns and top with Kiwifruit Chutney.
