24 8-inch soft flour tortillas, warmed
3 c lettuce leaves, shredded
1-1/2 c black beans, heated * See Note (step 4)
1-1/2 lbs Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1-1/2 lbs BLACK PEPPER TURKEY BREAST, cut into julienne strips
1-1/2 c corn kernels
As needed salsa
As needed sour cream
For each serving, place 2 four tortillas on a flat surface. Fill each tortilla with 2 tablespoons lettuce, 1 tablespoon black beans, 1 ounce cheese, 1 ounce turkey breast and 1 tablespoon corn. Fold tortillas.
Serve tacos with salsa and sour cream.
Serve 2 tacos per serving for adult portion and 1 taco per serving for the Kid's Menu.
* NOTE: If canned black beans are used, rinse and drain well before heating.
