3 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin
1 oz Provolone, sliced thin
1 8-inch sub roll, split
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp whole cranberry sauce
Fresh fruit for garnish
Stack sliced turkey in a 7-1/2 X 2 inch oblong shape. Top with sliced Provolone.
Place on a medium heat grill and cook until turkey is hot and cheese begins to melt.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of the sub roll; spread the cranberry sauce on the other side of the roll.
Place the hot turkey and cheese in the roll. Close roll and cut on the diagonal. Serve with fresh fruit.
